Capcom’s Resident Evil series, latest game Resident Evil 6 is releases tomorrow.
But the release date for the PC version of the game is not announced.
Early in September, Capcom had announced that the PC version of Resident Evil 6 won’t be trivial.
Christian Svensson, Capcom Senior VP said, “It is a small, but appropriately sized team working on the RE6 PC project. It is a different group than originally planned, lest it would have taken even longer than it currently will but this team will do a better job than what was being considered originally”.
Recently, It was unveiled that Resident Evil 6 can have 3 multi-player modes which can be vended as downloadable content (DLC).
The Xbox 360 have timed exclusives through DLC.
Capcom doesn’t mentioned about the PC version or PlayStation 3 for the DLCs. The 3 multi-player modes include
Siege mode and
The 4th campaign can feature Ada Wong as a playable character, and canbe unlocked once the 3 main campaigns of the game have been cleared.
Capcom quotes an example of one such event, “let’s say one weekend the goal is to kill 10,000 zombies. Everyone who has an RE.net account and plays during that time period will receive RE.net points that can be redeemed on the site for a variety of goodies – chief among them new costumes that appear in the actual game”.
