It looks like the phones are being tested at the moment, according to a report from The Verge. Their sources have mentioned that Microsoft’s Windows Phone engineering team is currently testing the Qualcomm MSM8960 1.5GHz dual-core SoC to make it ready for at least one Windows Phone 8 handset to be released later this year. In addition to rumors about the phone being tested, they say that Sprint is also interested in carrying this device and might not release any more Windows Phone devices until Windows Phone 8 is released. this Nokia model would supposedly run on Sprint’s upcoming LTE network.
